The Rangers opened strong with 8 points in the first quarter, but a cold second frame left them trailing 12–10 at halftime. Madelyn Berg had a strong game, finishing with 14 points and 5 rebounds, while Raylee Weyer added 8 points and 4 boards. Maci Combs and Elsie Warren chipped in 4 and 2 points respectively. Defense proved the difference. Warren and Annabelle Giesler combined for 13 steals, sparking fast breaks and momentum swings. Berg and Combs added 8 more steals, while Warren led the team in assists with 2.
