🏀 7th Grade Lady Rangers Ride Strong First Half to Victory Over Heritage Hills

For the second night in a row, the 7th grade Lady Rangers played hard to defend their home court, earning a 36–25 win over Heritage Hills this evening. The Lady Rangers set the tone early, using a strong first half to build momentum, scoring 26 points in the first half alone. Madelyn Berg led the charge with 12 points, while Maci Combs added 10. Elsie Warren chipped in 6, Annabelle Giesler scored 4, and Raylee Weyer added 2 in a balanced Lady Ranger attack. Berg was strong on the boards with 8 rebounds, while Weyer added 3, Warren 2, and Giesler and Combs each pulled down one. On defense, Warren’s hustle again stood out with 6 steals, followed by Berg with 4, Combs with 2, and Giesler and Brooklyn Dooley each with one. Berg paced the team in assists with 6, Warren added 3, Combs 2, and Weyer chipped in 1, showcasing the team’s willingness to share the ball and create opportunities. With back‑to‑back home victories, the Lady Rangers move to 8-1 on the season and showcased depth (all 11 Lady Rangers played this evening, 10 of which played in parts of all four quarters), determination, and teamwork—continuing to build confidence as the season progresses. The 7th grade Lady Rangers look to defend home court again in their next outing against Perry Central this coming Saturday morning.
