The Forest Park wrestling team competed at the IHSAA Sectional on Saturday at Southridge Memorial Gym, finishing 6th out of 10 teams. The Rangers will send two wrestlers on to the IHSAA Regional at Bloomington South. Clayton Roesner (157 lbs) and Hunter Osborne (165 lbs) each earned 3rd-place finishes to advance. Just missing advancement were Jace Brockman (106 lbs) and Tucker Wathen (120 lbs), who finished 5th and will serve as emergency alternates. Ayden Stenftenagel (113 lbs) and Eli Brockman (138 lbs) rounded out the Forest Park placers with 6th-place finishes. The Rangers will now prepare for regional competition as postseason action continues.
