Tonight the Rangers hit the road one more time to finish the regular season off strong. The Rangers went to Northeast Dubois to play the Jeeps and were able to walk away with a 4-1 win to finish their season 12 -5. Sydney at 2 singles had quite the match tonight and was able to finish her marathon of a match with a sweet victory. Addison at 1 singles played hard in her match as well! Varsity 1 Singles: Addison Schneider lost against Holly Wyland 2-6, 1-6 2 Singles: Sydney Berger won against Bella Cummins 7-5, 6-3 3 Singles: Jenna Matthews won against Lexi Lampert 6-0, 6-0 1 Doubles: Bree Morrison and Anna Jahn won against Meadow Schoering and Maddie Dill 6-2, 6-1 2 Doubles: Abba Collignon and Kenley Schipp won against Alexa Sander and Katelyn Keusch 6-1, 6-0 At the JV side it was just Nora tonight and she played hard! Junior Varsity 1 Singles: Nora Welp lost against Julliana Baker 1-6 2 Singles: Nora Welp beat Krimsin Strong 6-0 Finishing the season with a 12-5 record is a huge accomplishment and the girls deserve all of the credit and recognition for their hard work in and out of practice. Congratulate the Rangers on another great season and wish them luck as they head into sectionals this next week. Sectional draw is Sunday so we will play either Jasper, Southridge or Northeast Dubois at Jasper.
