On Saturday, the Lady Rangers traveled to Petersburg for PAC match-up against the Lady Chargers of Pike Central. Despite having much of the possession in the opening period of play, the Lady Rangers were only able to generate a few good looks on goal, but sophomore Mallory Morrison put the visitors ahead late in the first half. After the break, the Lady Rangers began asking questions of the Lady Chargers' backline and were successfully able to break it twice. Both center forwards got on the stat sheet and created a 3-0 advantage. The defense thwarted any and all attempts by the home side and the Lady Rangers left with another PAC victory. The Lady Rangers (8-1-1; 7-0 PAC) are back in action on Monday, when they welcome cross-county rival Northeast Dubois to Cedar Crest Intermediate school for a 5:30PM kick-off.
