Girls' Volleyball Sectional Information

Happy sectional week. Tonight we will have North Posey @ Tell City in Game 1 beginning at 5:30 pm CST. Game 2 - Mater Dei @ Tecumseh will follow approximately 25 minutes following game 1. Some general information about tonight and our sectionals: - Tickets will be CASH ONLY at the front door (Entrance 5). We will be selling $8 single session and $20 ALL session passes (these are good for ALL 4 sessions). - Please help us communicate the importance of parking with your fans. We should have plenty of lower level parking in the front or side of the gym. Please use the designated parking areas. DO NOT park along a curb or in the grass. - Tailgating is permitted during these events. Please ensure that there is NO use of charcoal grills on site. We are a smoke and alcohol free campus. Any violations of this rule will be handled accordingly. - ALL officials, teams, coaches, and players should use the back entrance (Entrance 4). Anyone using the main entrance (entrance 5) must pay or use a comp ticket to enter. Remember that only "Rostered" players or coaches may be allowed to sit on the bench during the games. - We ask that all fans leave through the side entrances between games to help with the flow of traffic. School personnel will be there to help direct them. - A hospitality room will be available for any coaches, admin, officials, or event workers to access before or during the games. The hospitality room will be in the upstairs hallway (Room 207). - NO food or drink will be permitted from the outside. Concessions will be available in the upstairs hallway. - IHSAA Restrictions A. Balloons, banners and/or posters, shakers on sticks, etc. are not permitted. B. Cowbells and other such noise devices are not permitted. C. No live animal mascots are permitted. D. "Line-up" lanes of fans shall not be permitted on the playing floor at any time. E. Carry-in radios, cassette and tape decks, etc., are not permitted in the gymnasium. F. No solicitations shall be permitted, including donations, contributions, and aggressive vending of school spirit items. It shall be the responsibility of each high school principal to see that the above restrictions are enforced.
